Journal Exercise

What parts of yourself do you criticize?  Make a list of all the things you criticize about yourself and then find just one reason why this part or parts of you deserves to be loved.

Name one thing, if you can, that you feel guilty or deny doing for yourself. Without judgment, become aware of this practice of guilt and perhaps denial. What does it mean to you?
