Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice for Appointments

Your personal appointment with Stephanie is a time we set aside just for you. If you cannot make your appointment (whether in-person or Zoom), please give us a minimum 48-hour notice via email, excepting emergencies. In the case of emergencies, please notify as soon as practicable.

You will be charged the full fee for any no shows or late cancellations (excepting emergencies).
