The Art of Surrendering Emotions
1. Close your eyes and think of the most dominant energy that feels the heaviest. It could be anger, depression, jealousy.
2. When you get that energy, identify it. Do not judge or blame, just let the identification come into your consciousness. It might be your mother, your lover, a circumstance, etc.
3. Put both the picture of the person or circumstance and the heavy emotion into a helium balloon. Imagine yourself holding the balloon.
4. Take four deep breaths. With each breath say the following:
I thank you for coming to me [name of the heavy emotion]
I am grateful for you [name of the person or circumstances] for being the vehicle of my heavy emotion.
I bless you for the lesson
I release you with love
